2. Products & Availability

  • We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or fabric differences.

  • All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any item at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include VAT (if applicable).

  • Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) and other options stated at checkout.

  • For COD orders, payment is due upon delivery.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Orders within Cairo & Giza are typically delivered within 2–5 working days.

  • Orders to other Egyptian regions are delivered within 3–6 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Exchange & Return Policy

  • We operate a try-on upon delivery policy only.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon delivery, you may return it immediately to the courier and pay only the shipping fee.

  • Exchanges can only be made at the time of delivery; once the courier leaves, we cannot process exchanges or returns.

  • Partial returns are not accepted; the full package must be accepted or returned.

6. Size Exchange Policy

  • Please review our size chart before placing your order.

  • If the size is not suitable, you may exchange it immediately upon delivery by returning it to the courier, with only shipping fees applied.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, designs, and text on Byru.store are the intellectual property of Byru.store and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Byru.store is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
