Exchange & Return Policy

We offer a try-on upon delivery service for your convenience.

• No returns or refunds are accepted after the courier completes the delivery.

• You may try on your order when it arrives. If it’s not suitable, simply return it to the courier immediately — you will only be charged for the shipping fee.

• Exchanges can only be made at the time of delivery. Once the courier leaves, we cannot process any exchanges or returns.

• Please check your items carefully upon delivery to ensure they meet your expectations.

Size Exchange Policy

• Choose your preferred size when placing your order.

• If the size doesn’t fit, you may exchange it immediately upon delivery by returning it to the courier. Only shipping fees will apply.

• Exchanges are available only during delivery — no exchanges are possible afterward.

• You must accept or return the entire package; partial returns are not allowed.
