1. How many days does the order take?
Usually, orders are delivered within 5–7 days.
2. Can I return or exchange the product?
We offer a try-on upon delivery service.

When your order arrives, you may try it while the courier is present.

If you are satisfied, you can accept the order and make the payment.

If not, you may return it immediately with the courier and only pay the delivery fees.

For Visa/Mastercard payments, refunds are processed via Instapay after reviewing the returned product. Simply provide your Instapay number to us.
Once the courier leaves, we cannot process any returns or exchanges.
3. Can I order two sizes and keep only one?
We provide a detailed size chart to help you choose the correct size.

If you are unsure, we can send two sizes with the courier (subject to stock availability).

You may try them while the courier is outside and keep the one that fits best.
4. Can I customize the dress?
At the moment, customization is not available — but this service will be launched soon.
5. How should I wash the dress?
We recommend handwashing with cold to normal water for the best care.
6. How should I iron the dress?
A steam iron is preferred to maintain the fabric’s quality and appearance.
